The AI company brain

Your company has a brain now.
It reads everything. It finds what you'd miss.

AsDiscussed reads every meeting, doc and call, connects them, and surfaces the contradictions, gaps and stale decisions nobody noticed. Ask it anything, or switch on a Lens.

What it finds.

Problems, opportunities and answers — each one linked to the exact source.

Why it matters.

Every day, decisions are made, commitments are given, and numbers are quoted across meetings, docs and calls. Most of it is never read again.

01

Decisions get made twice

Two teams discuss the same topic a week apart and reach different conclusions. Neither knows.

02

Knowledge stays in the room

Critical context lives in the head of whoever was on that call. Everyone else works without it.

03

No one has time to re-read everything

40 hours of meetings a month, hundreds of pages. The important things hide inside the volume.

How it works

Three steps. No setup wizards, no training, no taxonomy to build first.

01

Connect or drop

Link Confluence, Notion, Zoom, Google Meet or Teams — or upload a recording, paste a YouTube link, or import an SRT/VTT transcript. Documents are read as-is; recordings are transcribed automatically.

02

AsDiscussed reads and connects

Every decision, number, commitment and action item is extracted with the name of who said it and exactly where. People, teams and topics are linked across every source into one connected picture.

03

Ask, or let a Lens find

Ask a question and get one answer drawn from every source, cited to the page or second. Or switch on a Lens — an AI agent that reads everything your company discussed and tells you what it finds.

One brain. Many Lenses.

Business Analyst

Watches for decisions without follow-through, commitments that conflict, and gaps between what was said and what was done.

Sample finding
The Q3 pricing was agreed in the keynote at $199/mo — but last Tuesday's sales call quoted $249. Someone needs to decide.

Built for any team that talks, writes or records.

Same brain. Different superpowers for every team.

Business meetings

Track decisions, commitments and follow-ups across every sync, stand-up and all-hands.

Sara committed to update pricing by Friday — no follow-up in 3 meetings since.

Technical meetings

Flag undocumented architecture choices, conflicting tech decisions and missing owners.

Auth migration mentioned in 3 meetings. Nobody documented the plan or the owner.

Education & training

Extract learning objectives, quiz material and skill gaps from lectures and workshops.

Module 3 promises "hands-on demo" but it was cut for time in both sessions.

HR & interviews

Spot behavioural patterns, inconsistent claims and culture-fit signals across interview rounds.

Candidate said "led the migration" in round 1, "contributed" in round 3.

Sales & consulting

Capture objections, pricing commitments and next steps from client calls and discovery sessions.

"Implementation timeline" raised in 4 of 6 demos — only addressed once.

Healthcare & research

Surface recurring themes, contradictions and progress markers from recorded sessions.

Patient mentioned the same concern in 3 sessions — never addressed in notes.

Everything you need to know about AsDiscussed

AsDiscussed.ai turns everything your organization produces into one knowledge base. It reads your Confluence and Notion pages, transcribes your meetings and recordings, maps people, teams, topics, decisions and claims onto one ontology, and cross-references all of it. The result is one searchable knowledge base that reveals knowledge hidden across sources where you can find any moment or paragraph in seconds, discover connections across teams, and detect gaps and contradictions.

A wiki files content. An LMS stores it. A video host streams it. AsDiscussed.ai understands what's inside all of them — it tags skills and claims, detects gaps and contradictions, and maps connections across your whole library, whatever format it's in. Other tools help you organize files; we turn them into answers.

Yes. AsDiscussed.ai maps knowledge across your entire organization. It links the same topics across teams' calls, meetings and pages, flags when two teams' sources disagree, and surfaces the questions that keep coming up without an answer anywhere. The knowledge layer works across departments, campuses, and regions.

Your content is transferred over TLS and stored in private cloud storage under your account only. It is never used to train models, you keep full ownership of everything generated from it, and you can remove any item at any time. Two things we do not offer yet, so you can plan around them: SSO/SAML and a SOC 2 report are not available, and answers drawn from a connected wiki do not yet inherit that wiki's page-level permissions — everyone in your AsDiscussed account sees what the connected account can see. Talk to us before an org-wide rollout.

A Lens is an AI analyst that reads everything in your AsDiscussed account from one perspective — the way a CTO, a sales coach, or a financial analyst would. Switch one on, and it scans your meetings, docs and recordings for the things that matter to that role: missed decisions, contradictions, open questions. Each finding cites the exact source and suggests a next step. Business plans include Lenses; Pro plans show the top three findings per project.

AsDiscussed reads everything you connect or upload: meetings, documents and recordings. It extracts decisions, numbers, commitments, action items and who said them — all linked to the exact source. Right now, everyone in your AsDiscussed account can see all connected content. Page-level permissions from Confluence or Notion are not inherited yet. If that matters for your team, talk to us before connecting a workspace.
